    Marketing Operations & Team Management

    • Oversee the marketing department, delegating tasks, managing workflows, and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Monitor marketing analytics, Google Reviews, campaign effectiveness, and team productivity, making adjustments as needed.

      Branding & Content Creation

      • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials, including photoshoots, videos, graphic content, sales kits, backdrops, posters, brochures, and social media messaging.
      • Maintain a cohesive tone and visual identity.

        Website & SEO Oversight

        • Direct and coordinate website updates, blog content, and SEO optimization by guiding relevant teams.
        • Ensure updates align with ongoing events and marketing priorities.

          Advertising & Promotions Oversight

          • Collaborate with third-party experts to execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
          • Ensure alignment with brand tone, messaging, and promotional strategies.

            Customer Engagement & Retention

            • Oversee lead management by coordinating with online paid ads, ensuring smooth follow-ups.
            • Analyze data to refine customer retention strategies and online reputation management.
            • Develop customer retention strategies to encourage repeat business and manage online reviews.

              Influencer & Partnership Collaborations

              • Build relationships with wedding planners, photographers, bridal influencers, and event organizers to expand brand reach.

                Event Planning & Execution

                • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in-house events, bridal expos, and partnership projects like photoshoots and fashion shows.

                  Social Media Management

                  • Develop and execute a content calendar to maintain brand consistency and drive audience engagement.
                  • Oversee content creation and scheduling for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring brand alignment.

                    Events/Project Examples

                    • In-house fairs, partnership projects, fashion shows, and photoshoots.
