- Analyze data to refine customer retention strategies and online reputation management.
- Develop customer retention strategies to encourage repeat business and manage online reviews.
Influencer & Partnership Collaborations
- Build relationships with wedding planners, photographers, bridal influencers, and event organizers to expand brand reach.
Event Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in-house events, bridal expos, and partnership projects like photoshoots and fashion shows.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a content calendar to maintain brand consistency and drive audience engagement.
- Oversee content creation and scheduling for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring brand alignment.
