- Responsible to achieve the sell through/out target via executing the overall plan in certain city.
- Develop new retailers & dealers. Build rapport with retailers, dealers, store managers and their employees. Assist to resolve issues, achieve store coverage rate, provide training to achieve retail store sell out target.
- Manage & train promoter/retail sales team, ensure punctuality & attendance, set sell out target and ensure achievement.
- Manage company retail store merchandising: - mount up POSM and gift, live demo units display, upkeep company retail store and brand image according to the guideline to build brand awareness.
- Execute retail promotions/ activities to achieve good results. Develop area promotion plan to increase sell out.
- Gather & report customer feedback, competitive activities and market situation.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field/discipline.
- Good computer Knowledge/Skills (MS Word, Excel & Power point).
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced business environment
- Must have a sense of responsibility and be willing to be held accountable.
- Hunger for knowledge, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills and independent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in any location all across Malaysia as per assigned by the Company.
- Must hold driving license, own a car and willing to travel outstation.
- Has store service experience especially for digital product is added advantage.
- Candidate able to speak & write in Chinese is added advantage.
