- Responsible for answering & screening telephone calls, messaging & emails.
- Expedite customer enquiries and complaint follow-ups to ensure resolution achieves customer satisfaction.
- Provide admin support, including document management and photoshoot pre-arrangement within the team.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Undertake any specific assignments, ad-hoc jobs, and related duties as and when required.
- Proficient computer skills (Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Candidate must possess a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must be independent, self-disciplined, with a strong work ethic and well-organized.
- Capable of performing multi-tasking efficiently.
