Market Research and Positioning:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to determine effective positioning strategies for IP communication products.
- Develop marketing materials and messaging strategies to effectively communicate product features and benefits to target audiences.
Technical Understanding and Solution Provision:
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of IP-PBX, video conferencing, wall boards, and other communication products.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Assist sales team in providing customized solutions to meet customers' specific communication needs.
Tender Specifications:
- Assist in reviewing and understanding tender specifications for products and solutions.
- Work closely with sales team and technical experts to ensure accurate and compliant tender responses.
- Prepare and compile necessary documentation and information required for tender submissions.
Ad-Hoc Tasks
- Deliver presentations during events and on-site visits to our sales gallery
- Continuously expand knowledge to stay current with technology and gather insights from clients, enabling us to improve our sales strategies.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative while working independently
- Proficiency in CRM Software and other sales tools.
