- To assist the training manager in preparing the training materials which includes; power-point slides, facilitator guides, pre and post-training material/handouts/props, training activities, evaluation form, follow-up action plan and report
- To conduct product and sales technique training for internal staff and new hires staff
- Proactively track and monitor staff development throughout the coaching period
- Work in conjunction with the training manager to identify the most appropriate training intervention to support business needs
- Provide on-the-job training coaching to internal and client sales teams
- Whenever required
- Incorporates innovative approaches and best practices into learning solutions and work processes
- New product launches and assist and support special events whenever required
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, human resource, or any related field.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in training and development and familiar with telecommunication product (Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply)
- Able to capture high quality photograph and edit video are preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Some knowledge of basic retail actions and management standards in stores.
- Strong team working skills, with an ability to manage projects and able to handle stress effectively.
- Must hold a driving license, own a car and be willing to travel outstation
- Candidate able to speak & write in Chinese is added advantage
