Job scope includes, but not be limited to:
- Able to handle full set account
- Generating invoices and account statements to customer
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and keep expenditures records
- Paying vendors by scheduling payments and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Able to use Payroll system to generate payslip to employees and perform transactions of monthly wages
- Maintaining contributions of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF Levy etc. and keep updated with new regulations
- Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow
- Able to communicate and work together with team members and colleagues from other department
- Diploma or higher qualifications in Accounting
- At least 7 years of experience in handling full sets account
- Good command of English and Bahasa (both spoken and written)
- Candidate with work experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of relevant act i.e.. labor act, income tax act
- Familiar with the accounting and payroll software i.e.. SQL Accounting, SQL Payroll
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software
- Able to utilize IT tools to maximize work efficacy
