Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities: • Conduct evaluations and establish individualized therapy plans with short and long term goals according to the standard procedures. • Perform the therapy plan professionally and prepare progress report for each client from time to time. • Preserves and protects client’s confidentiality in all situations and with all documentation. • Attends and participates in continuing education programs to monitor proficiency, expand current knowledge and enhance professional excellence. Willingly shares knowledge and provides clinical orientation to other members of the staff. • Manage student behavior through monitoring, supervising and assessing behavioral patterns • Maintains safe and clean working environment at all time. • Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care. • Ensure that verbal and written communications including tone, demeanour and content with children and parents are always professional, appropriate and respectful. • Demonstrates professionalism as a healthcare professional by being punctual and dependable for assigned/confirmed work task.
