Site Engineer / Supervisor (M&E)

Hiring Experienced Site Engineer / Site Supervisor (M&E) – Project-Based We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer or Site Supervisor with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for a project-based position. You will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the successful execution of the project. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate M&E installation and construction activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with project specifications. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain quality and safety standards. Ensure all M&E works comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical guidance and leadership to site teams to ensure best practices are followed. Maintain accurate site reports, work schedules, and project documentation. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Site Supervisor in M&E-related construction projects. Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make effective decisions under pressure. Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (M&E, Civil, or related fields) is preferred. This is a project-based position for the duration of the Project.
