Full job description We’re Hiring for Customer Experience Representative – Japanese Speaker Are you a Japanese-speaking customer service pro with a passion for delivering top-notch support? We're looking for a Customer Experience Representative to assist customers in the Japan market, ensuring smooth shipment bookings, inquiries, and issue resolutions. Location : Uptown Damansara Utama, Kuala Lumpur Working Hours : Monday – Friday (4 days: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1 day: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Salary : RM4,000 - RM6,000 (based on experience & skills) Benefits : Statutory contributions + AIA insurance & medical coverage + Leave entitlements Contract Duration : 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY Benefits: Health insurance Maternity leave Parental leave Professional development What You’ll Do: Provide timely & professional assistance to customer inquiries Handle shipment bookings & resolve queries efficiently Address complaints with empathy & ensure service recovery Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues Manage customer cases & service requests accurately Track shipments & provide real-time updates What We’re Looking For: Education: Secondary education or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree required for native speakers due to visa requirements) Experience: At least 1 year in customer service Language Skills: Fluent in English & Japanese (N2 JLPT required) Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving & communication skills Language: Japanese (Preferred) Location: Kuala Lumpur (Preferred)
