• To assist Managing Director in implementing and maintaining the Company’s quality system so as the requirement of ISO 9001 is met. • To assist the Administration Manager. • Provide administrative support to other subordinates to ensure efficient flow of the office. • To familiarize with a variety of the survey concepts, practices and procedures. • To be able to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. • Organize workflow of duties or delegated tasks. • Receive complaints and resolve problems. • Maintain timekeeping records including staffs’ whereabouts and updating the daily attendance when required. • To assist in all the stock matters including keeping track of all stock records, receives, stores and issues material, supplies, tools, parts and equipment for purpose of survey. • Prepares and publishes reports on business results, leveraging data from one or many sources. • To ensure the reports are out to client, MPOB timely. • Housekeeping. • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions when the need arises.
