The role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their communication, sales, and administrative skills in a dynamic retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRetail & Sales Support- Assist in handling daily retail operations, including sales transactions and stock management.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Support in executing marketing and promotional activities in-store.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and retail performance analysis.
Customer Service- Greet customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Collect customer feedback and assist in improving service quality.
- Assist in managing online customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
Administrative & Operational Support- Assist in updating and maintaining customer records in the system.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery and installation of products.
- Help in managing inventory, including stocking and organizing products.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space.
