  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail & Sales Support

  • Assist in handling daily retail operations, including sales transactions and stock management.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
  • Support in executing marketing and promotional activities in-store.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and retail performance analysis.

    Customer Service

    • Greet customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
    • Collect customer feedback and assist in improving service quality.
    • Assist in managing online customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and e-commerce platforms.

      Administrative & Operational Support

      • Assist in updating and maintaining customer records in the system.
      • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery and installation of products.
      • Help in managing inventory, including stocking and organizing products.
      • Maintain a clean and organized retail space.
