Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition · Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring. · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements. · Implement effective sourcing strategies and build a pipeline of potential candidates. · Manage onboarding for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization. Employee Relations · Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. · Address and resolve employee grievances, promoting a positive work culture. · Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical standards. · Implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Performance Management · Support the implementation of the performance appraisal system, including goal setting and feedback sessions. · Work with managers to identify and address performance issues and provide coaching. · Coordinate training and development initiatives to foster employee growth. Compensation & Benefits · Assist in the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages. · Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefit administration. · Monitor and update salary structures, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity. Training & Development · Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. · Organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, and professional development opportunities. · Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements. Compliance & Reporting · Ensure the organization complies with all local, state, and federal employment regulations. · Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring confidentiality. · Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management. HR Projects & Initiatives · Lead or participate in HR-related projects, such as organizational restructuring or employee wellness programs.
