Job Responsibilities: • Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger transactions. • Possess strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles. • Assist in day-to-day financial and accounting operations, including: o Issuing payment vouchers. o Reviewing and posting transactions into the accounting system. • Support month-end closing and reporting activities. • Assist in audit and statutory reporting requirements as assigned by the Finance Manager. • Contribute to the preparation of Cash Flow Projections. • Perform any ad hoc tasks or duties as assigned by the superior. Job Requirements: • Must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent. • Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger transactions. • Experience in audit work is an added advantage. • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and internal control. • Ability to work independently, reliable, meticulous, with a positive attitude, and capable of meeting deadlines. • Able to multitask with minimal supervision, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage). • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word. • Experience with SyteLine system is an added advantage. • Strong teamwork spirit.
