Sales cum Operation Planner

• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and track sales goals. • Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations teams. • Responsibility of manage inventory, production schedules and logistics by using MAPS System. • Ensuring the resources are available to meet production demands. • Monitor real-time production data to make adjustment as necessary. • Input productions data into the MAPS System, including materials, work orders and inventory levels. • Generate reports on production performance, capacity utilization and other key metrics. • Collaborate across department to meet production requirement effectively and provide feedback or updates on any issues which may potentially affect delivery date. • Review job sheets to determine types, quantities and proposed material resources to maximize production efficiency. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for production. • Involved with ISO 9001 2015 documentation. • Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as filling, records and supplier documentation • Shall do ad-hoc task and ability to work independent and under pressure.
