1. Report for duty punctually wearing the proper uniform and name badges at all times. 2. Serve food & beverages to guests according to standards set. 3. Handle guest’s inquiries courteously and efficiently. 4. Provide courteous and professional service at all times. 5. Check constantly on guest satisfaction, to maintain the best possible guest relations, anticipate guests’ needs, and ensure the fulfillment of all guest expectations. 6. Be stationed in the assigned area of the dining area/outlet during service hours unless specifically assigned elsewhere. 7. Maintain neatness and cleanliness at the assigned station, back area, and dining area throughout the day. 8. Keep the station adequately stocked with necessary supplies before, during, and after service hours. 9. Prepare necessary mise-en-place concerning the operations. 10. Follow up on billing and checking procedures. 11. Follow-up on store / general requisition. 12. Carry out assignments daily / weekly/monthly basis as determined by the Supervisor/F&B Manager. 13. Take good care of all operating tools and equipment. 14. Ensure that the buffet items are continuously re-filled, serving spoons/forks are cleaned, there is a sufficient supply of dishes, and that food is hot and presented attractively. 15. Return soiled linen and collect clean linen from Housekeeping. 16. Be a team player and support other staff. 17. Maintain a good working relationship with your colleagues and all other departments. 18. Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety. 19. Have a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies and procedures and adhere to the Hotel’s Employee Rules and Regulations. 20. Attend pre-service briefing and any other training as required by the Manager. 21. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
