Job Scope 1) Prepare bank reconciliation and manage cash transactions. 2) Handle data entry for invoices, supplier invoices, and payments. 3) Process accounts payable and receivable, including payment schedules and collections. 4) Prepare payment vouchers, issue cheques, and upload payment details to the banking system. 5) Liaise with suppliers, hotel personnel, and internal teams for financial matters. 6) Maintain proper documentation, filing, and report compilation. 7) Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
