  • Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including improving communication strategies

  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
  • Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.- Performs other duties as assigned.

Working Days / Hours : Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm

Salary Package : RM3800 - 4000

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management effectively.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to address HR issues and challenges.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple HR tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proficiency in using HR software, MS Office applications, and HR databases.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in HR records and reports.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing HR requirements and priorities.
  • Well-versed with Malaysian Labour Law
