Commissioning Engineer

1)Review and understand project specifications, drawings, and commissioning plans. 2)Develop detailed commissioning schedules and ensure alignment with the overall project timeline. 3)Coordinate with project teams, including contractors, consultants, and suppliers, to prepare for commissioning activities. 4)Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and operational procedures for commissioning tasks. 5)Conduct inspections of installed systems to verify compliance with design and quality standards. 6)Perform functional and performance testing for systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical equipment. 7)Ensure integration of various systems and confirm interoperability as per project requirements. 8)Document all test results and prepare detailed commissioning reports. 9)Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process. 10)Act as the primary point of contact for commissioning-related matters. 11)Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to resolve technical queries and coordinate commissioning activities. 12)Provide technical guidance to the construction and project teams as needed. 13)Ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and any deviations from the plan. 14)Ensure commissioning activities are performed in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. 15)Verify that all systems meet applicable codes, regulations, and project specifications. 16)Confirm proper documentation, including operations and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, and training materials for handover.
