- Order Taking & Serving: Accurately record guest orders, ensure timely food delivery, and assist with cashier duties when needed.
- Maintaining Cleanliness & Hygiene: Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and high-quality dining environment.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Must have typhoid vaccination and a valid food handling certification
- English proficiency is required, and Mandarin is an added advantage for effective communication with a diverse range of customers.
- Additional allowance of up to RM1,000 for those proficient in Japanese and holding a sake certification (e.g., SSI International Kikisake-shi)
- Outgoing, talkative, and proactive in engaging with customers and creating a lively atmosphere
- Neat and professional appearance that aligns with the restaurant’s modern brand image
- Passion for Japanese culture and yakiniku with a willingness to learn and share knowledge
- Able to handle a fast-paced work environment and perform efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours
