1)Create detailed interior design concepts, layouts, and renderings using CAD software and 3D modeling tools. 2)Develop space planning strategies that balance aesthetics, functionality, and safety. 3)Select appropriate materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes based on design and project specifications. 4)Assess and integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into interior design projects. 5)Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. 6)Conduct feasibility studies and structural assessments for proposed designs. 7)Prepare and review project documentation, including technical drawings, cost estimates, and schedules. 8)Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the seamless execution of design plans. 9)Oversee installation and construction phases to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. 10)Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. 11)Present design concepts and obtain approvals at various project stages. 12)Address client feedback and incorporate changes as necessary. 13)Incorporate sustainable practices and eco-friendly materials into designs. 14)Select and recommend materials, finishes, and furniture that match design requirements and project budgets. 15)Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the construction and installation phases. 16)Adapt new design methodologies to local trends and requirements. 17)Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to innovate and enhance design solutions. 18)Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and construction methods. 19)Understanding of international design trends
