Quality Assurance engineer

1)Develop and implement the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) tailored to the construction project. 2)Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with approved standards, drawings, and project specifications. 3)Maintain and update the QA documentation, including test plans, reports, and checklists. 4)Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential quality issues and ensure corrective measures are taken. 5)Coordinate and supervise material testing, structural tests, and other quality-related evaluations as required. 6)Review and approve test results and ensure all deliverables meet specifications. 7)Ensure that construction practices comply with industry standards, codes, and legal requirements. 8)Liaise with external regulatory bodies, as needed, to address compliance issues. 9)Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to identify quality expectations. 10)Report quality issues, non-conformances, and recommendations to stakeholders. 11)Facilitate training sessions for construction teams on quality standards and procedures. 12)Maintain a detailed log of quality control activities, observations, and corrective actions. 13)Prepare QA reports and share updates with management and clients regularly. 14)Ensure proper documentation of changes, updates, and quality-related communications. 15)Identify risks related to quality issues and recommend mitigation strategies. 16)Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of non-conformities.
