Technician

1. Service and Maintenance Tasks Perform on-site and in-house servicing, repairs, testing and maintenance of valves, actuators, and related equipment. Perform lapping and polish work on valve seat, ball, disc and etc using the lapping machine and manually. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, providing accurate assessments to the Service Supervisor. Execute tasks according to work schedules, project specifications, and supervisor instructions. 2. Tools and Equipment Management Maintain all tools and equipment in good working condition. Ensure proper use, storage, and return of tools and materials after each job. Report any damage or loss of tools to the Service Supervisor promptly. 3. Quality Assurance Follow the Procedure, JHA, JMS, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) guidelines as directed by the Service Supervisor. Ensure all service work meets the company’s quality standards and customer requirements. Record test results, findings, and completed tasks in reports for supervisor review. 4. Safety and Compliance Adhere to all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards during service activities. Participate in safety briefings and training sessions as required. Report any incidents, near-misses, or unsafe conditions immediately to the Service Supervisor. 5. Reporting and Documentation Complete daily service logs, photo and provide updates on work progress to the Service Supervisor. Assist in preparing inspection or service reports for customer review. Maintain accurate records of service hours and job details. 6. Customer Interaction Assist in communicating with customers on-site to understand requirements and provide updates. Maintain a professional when interacting with clients.
