Sales Associates (Guardian Paradigm Mall, JB)

The Role : a) Actively engage with customers to explain the benefits of joining the membership program b) Actively utilize / distribute the available Point of Sale materials associated with this program to promote sign-up c) Assist customers for the sign-ups, via guardian App/ guardian website with customer’s mobile phones / store tablets d) Assist customers to create e-mail address for those who do not have email and interested to sign-up e) Compliance to the SOP requirement during sign-up e.g. PDPA form/ consent form for students, email account creation etc f) Ensure accurate data entry for the sign-ups g) Assist to trouble shoot any issues during sign-up, and proper referral to the store-in-charge h) Provide excellent customers service by being friendly, and have good knowledge regarding the membership program i) Meet the daily sign-up targets (weekly / monthly) j) Work closely and collaborate with the store teams to optimize the sign-ups k) Report to store manager, and compliance to all stores SOPs and process. Qualifications : a) Sales and promoter experience b) Digital savvy- able to assist to member sign-up in App, e-mail creation, manage minor technical hiccups during sign-up Experience/Knowledge : a. Strong sales skills b. Friendly, approachable with strong communication and interpersonal skills c. Customer service oriented Others : a) Persuasive and ability to promote the benefits of the membership b) Require standing for long periods during the sign-up recruitment c) Able to work during weekend/PH/ long hour
