  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Radio Network Implementation: • Oversee the deployment and integration of 4G/5G radio equipment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate site installations and resolve technical issues. Network Performance Optimization: • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize network performance and reliability. • Implement and fine-tune parameters to enhance the overall efficiency of the radio network. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: • Diagnose and resolve network issues, including radio interference, coverage gaps, and hardware malfunctions. • Conduct routine maintenance activities to ensure the ongoing health of the radio network. Capacity Planning: • Evaluate network capacity requirements and recommend enhancements to support growing subscriber demands. • Collaborate with capacity planning teams to ensure optimal resource utilization. Vendor Management: • Work closely with equipment vendors to stay updated on the latest technologies and product roadmaps. • Manage vendor relationships, including equipment procurement, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures. • Generate regular reports on network performance, issues, and improvement initiatives Requirement • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in radio network engineering with a focus on 4G/5G technologies. • Solid understanding of wireless communication principles and protocols. • Proficiency in network planning tools, such as Atoll, Planet, or similar. • Experience with 4G/5G equipment from major vendors (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
