Creating ERC (Entry Receiving Confirmation) for Inbound:- Assist in the creation and management of Entry Receiving Confirmations (ERC) for all inbound shipments.
- Ensure all inbound shipments are recorded accurately and ERCs are generated promptly upon receipt.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure all products and goods are properly received and documented.
Managing Inbound Scheduling:- Coordinate and schedule inbound shipments in accordance with the company’s operational requirements.
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to confirm delivery times and ensure that inbound shipments arrive on time.
- Track and update inbound schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to the warehouse.
- Monitor any potential delays and communicate with relevant teams to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Tracking Daily Shipment Issues:- Track and resolve any issues related to daily inbound shipments, such as delays, discrepancies, or damages.
- Assist in troubleshooting and investigating issues that may arise during the shipment process.
- Communicate with the logistics and third-party carriers to find quick solutions and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain daily reports to monitor ongoing shipment issues and their resolutions.
Managing Service Confirmation:- Coordinate with the team to ensure that all required documentation, such as receipts or proof of delivery, is submitted and updated in the system.
- Track service confirmation status to ensure compliance with internal policies and timelines.
