We are looking for an Activities Coordinator. The perfect candidate should be able to excite and inspire students. Duties & Responsibilities: • Develop an International dimension throughout the school by helping colleagues develop cross-curricular activities within each year group • Liaise with and support visitors from other countries • Coordinate a variety of learning experiences that actively engages students and are appropriate for their individual needs • Develop yearly plans for projects-based learning • Establish and communicate clear objectives for learning activities • Maintain accurate and complete records of students' activities and development • Update all necessary records accurately and completely • Support after school activities • Perform certain pastoral duties including but not limited to student support, counseling students with academic problems, and providing student encouragement • Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs, and student organizations • Attend and participate in faculty and parent meetings • Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents • Take responsibility for the creation and maintenance of a positive work environment • Coordinate the administrative and financial communications to project staff in the field and headquarters by serving as the primary point of contact • Ensure activities/project compliance with rules and regulations of the school • Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and other project deliverables which includes editing, proofreading, translating, delivery of presentations, and organizing meetings. • Coordinate project activities with subcontractors and collaborative organizations. Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree majoring in Education or its related field of studies. - Can work in Kuala Lumpur. - Excellent command of English in both written and spoken. - At least 3 years of teaching experience in an international school setting. - Good communication skills and time management skills. Willing to work in a team and follow instructions given. - Dedicated and passionate about education.
