Job summary:
To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their concern on products and services and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution.
Job Responsibility:
- To handle 999 incoming calls from callers relating to emergency cases, with objective providing assistant as quickly as possible.
- To attend the 999 calls according to specified Response Centre practice and procedure.
- To work to agreed productivity and quality standards (e.g. log in time, talk time, accuracy)
Requirement:
Qualifications Recognized DIPLOMA or equivalent Requirements
- Minimum 1 Year in call center environment has added advantage
- Willing and able to work on shift
- Fresh graduates without experience but eager to learn are welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
