Job Description:
Administrative Correspondence
- Responding Inquiry via Email & Whatsapp Calls / Messages.
- Check Company Email Messages and Process Inquiry Daily.
Data Entry, Filing and Organization
- Microsoft Excel + Words
- SQL Accounting + Payroll Manufacturing Operation.
Financial Record
- Maintain Employee Payroll, Utility Bills, Customer & Supplier Purchases + Payment Voucher, Processing Payment, Reconciling Account Database etc.
Manage Customer/Supplier Collection + Delivery Order
- Process & Verify Product Items With Customer + Supplier Logistic Driver
- Prep Courier Service Packages / Consignment Note
Note: The Job Position Offers In-House Training With 3 Months Probational Period.
