Job Description:

Administrative Correspondence

  • Responding Inquiry via Email & Whatsapp Calls / Messages.
  • Check Company Email Messages and Process Inquiry Daily.

Data Entry, Filing and Organization

  • Microsoft Excel + Words
  • SQL Accounting + Payroll Manufacturing Operation.

Financial Record

  • Maintain Employee Payroll, Utility Bills, Customer & Supplier Purchases + Payment Voucher, Processing Payment, Reconciling Account Database etc.

Manage Customer/Supplier Collection + Delivery Order

  • Process & Verify Product Items With Customer + Supplier Logistic Driver
  • Prep Courier Service Packages / Consignment Note

Note: The Job Position Offers In-House Training With 3 Months Probational Period.
