
Customer Service Executive
Job description
(focus on CUSTOMER PROBLEM on products issue/ STOCK MANAGEMENT and INVENTORY, STOCK DELIVERY, PRODUCT PROBLEM)
What You'll Be Doing:
Addressing customer concerns and resolving disputes
To reply after working hours (up to 10pm) - start on weekend
Assist boutique/outlet to respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone.
Good communication skills including conflict resolution and friendly manners.
Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
Relaying extensive product information to customers for boutique/outlet staff.
Curating streamlined email and social media communication mediums for offers, updates and much more.
Helping customers choose the right product for their requirements and budget.
Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals
Provide functional guidance, advice, information and to support Management on Customer Service-related
policies, procedures, and practise
Conduct boutique/outlet visits every once per month.
Assist at events run by the company.
Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings.
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company’s services need
