Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Report to Head of Training Department
2. Organise and co-ordinating Public Trainings from enquiries to closing of sales i.e. attend to enquiries, issuance of proposals, follow up proposal, training confirmation, hotel booking and confirmation, remind participants, printing & sending out training materials.
3. Registration on the first day of training, issuance of invoices, certificates, receipts, liaise internal Trainers or Associates for the right training
4. Make necessary arrangement for Consultancy training, eg. Send documents for client to apply HRDF approval prior to the training date, printing and sending out training materials, issuance training certificate and etc.
5. To design and sending out brochures, flyers and other training related materials to clients.
6. To invite clients to participate in Public Trainings via telemarketing, mobile SMS and
Chatting Applications.
7. To update training related data, such as new/revised proposal, follow up status and etc.
8. To analyse all trainings performance evaluation reports and report it in management’s monthly meeting
9. To follow up and obtain training related payments.

10. To get new clients and maintaining good rapport with existing clients.
11. Search and increase client database.
12. To maintain and update training related information into company marketing tools such as
Website and Facebook.
13. To promote Cambridge Training Memberships to existing clients and provide relevant customer services to registered members, such as preparing & monitoring the usage of membership’s privilege, design and sending newsletter regularly and reminder for renewal.
14. Training administration work, including exhibition events.
15. Any other assignment assigned by the Superior.

Job Specification
1. Degree or diploma holder in any discipline.
2. Min. 2 years working experiences with training business background or possess any related disciplines’ qualifications with diploma or degree.
3. Aggressive, good interpersonal & communication skills, creative & innovative, presentation skills and customer oriented person.
4. Computer and Microsoft applications knowledge is a must.
5. Strong command of English & BM languages, both verbal and written. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage.
