Responsibilities:

  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial records, including receipts, invoices, and transaction logs.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Oversee payroll management, deductions, and timely payments in compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of the company budget, track expenditures, and help forecast future financial needs..
  • Track and manage employee attendance, process leave requests, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee office operations, handle correspondence, manage office supplies, and assist with daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must at least have a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience at least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or HR.

  • Proficiency in accounting software . (Optional)
  • Ability to manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax compliance.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR/payroll software .
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records and employee documentation.
  • Effective communication with internal teams and external partners, alongside the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
