"Key Responsibilities:

Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL):

o Perform data extraction from legacy systems and ensure proper mapping to SAP S/4HANA target structures.

o Transform data according to defined rules and business requirements.

o Use SAP Data Migration tools like SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, LTMC, or other ETL tools.

Data Validation and Quality:

o Conduct data profiling and cleansing to ensure data quality and integrity.

o Perform unit testing, data reconciliation, and validation to identify and resolve issues.

Collaboration with Teams:

o Work closely with Functional Team(Technical delivery), and core teams to align data requirements with project goals.

o Provide insights and recommendations to enhance data accuracy and completeness.

Documentation and Reporting:

o Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data mapping sheets, validation scripts, and error resolution logs.

o Generate periodic reports on migration progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.

Support and Troubleshooting:

o Address data-related issues during and after migration to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA.

o Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by resolving data-related defects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration tools (e.g., LTMC, LSMW, SAP Data Services).

Proficiency in data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Experience with legacy systems and knowledge of relevant data formats (e.g., flat files, Excel, SQL databases).

Familiarity with master data (e.g., material, customer, vendor) and transactional data migration processes.

Proficient in data analysis and validation tools such as MS Excel and preferably SQL, or Python.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project.

Knowledge of industry-specific SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FI/CO). - Here you can put the right sap skill set for the role, like SD for commercials, SAP FICO for Finance and SAP PP for Purchasing

Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.

Certification in SAP S/4HANA or related SAP tools."
