  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  • Operate the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS) and software to manage guest information, reservations, and billing.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and readily available.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure that guest needs are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
