- Manage room reservations and room assignments, ensuring that guests are allocated suitable rooms based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Operate the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS) and software to manage guest information, reservations, and billing.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure that guest needs are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.
