1. Executive Assistance & Scheduling- Act as the Personal Assistant to the Executive Director, providing full administrative and personal support.
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and business trips.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on key action points.
- Accompany the Executive Director to meetings, events, and networking functions when required.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Hiring & Recruitment Support- Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Liaise with external recruiters, job agencies, and potential hires.
- Maintain an organized database of applicants, resumes, and hiring documentation.
