1. Executive Assistance & Scheduling

  • Act as the Personal Assistant to the Executive Director, providing full administrative and personal support.
  • Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and business trips.
  • Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on key action points.
  • Accompany the Executive Director to meetings, events, and networking functions when required.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

    2. Hiring & Recruitment Support

    • Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
    • Liaise with external recruiters, job agencies, and potential hires.
    • Maintain an organized database of applicants, resumes, and hiring documentation.
    • Support onboarding processes for new hires.

      3. Office Administration & Miscellaneous Tasks

      • Maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and replenished as needed.
      • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and email correspondence.
      • Assist with basic financial documentation, expense tracking, and invoice handling.
      • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and operational.
