JOB DESCRIPTIONS • Assisting pastry chef in the mixing, kneading, and shaping of dough for breads, pastries, and other baked goods. • Preparing ingredients, such as measuring and weighing flour, sugar, and other baking components. • Operating various baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and slicers, to ensure efficient and consistent production. • Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of ovens, mixing bowls and other baking tools. • Collaborating with the baking team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality baked products. • To perform any reasonable duties and/or tasks assigned by the superior from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Previous work experience in pastry is preferred • A strong passion for pastry • Equipped with basic cake baking knowledge and production • Good command of both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia • Has initiative, pro-active, resourceful and attention to details • Able to work on all shifts including weekends and holidays
