JOB DESCRIPTIONS • Responsible to render quality services to guests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner. • To deliver an exceptional guest experience in accordance with the company’s policies, standard operating procedures and etiquettes while having extensive knowledge of the menu, beverage list and promotion offerings. • To comply with Halal guidelines, health, and food safety regulations to keep the workplace safe, clean and tidy. • Maintain cleanliness in the dining and counter areas. • Maintain excellent personal hygiene and professional posture at all times. • Adhere to strict grooming standards, including neat and polished attire, clean nails, and well-groomed hair. • Adhere to restaurant policies and safety procedures. • To perform any reasonable duties and/or tasks assigned by the superior from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS • SPM leavers and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply • Previous work experience in the Hotel industry is preferred • Follow uniform guidelines and ensure a well-pressed, spotless appearance • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia • Has initiative, pro-active and attention to details • Ability to switch focus quickly and effectively and respond to a range of different work situations promptly • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Able to work on all shifts including weekends and holidays
