Job Requirement • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a leadership or senior executive capacity. • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strong aptitude and growth mindset to continuously learn and adapt to evolving industry trends. • Proven track record in identifying and analyzing target audiences. Ability to conceptualize, design, and lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, education, and motivation across various platforms. • In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance. • Highly numerate with the ability to analyze and interpret complex metrics. Comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and managing reporting through spreadsheets and other analytical tools. • Creative and Copywriting Excellence: Strong aesthetic sensibility and a passion for crafting compelling, high-quality content.
