We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Executive to manage HR operations, payroll processing, and manpower budget planning. This role requires skills in human resource management, workforce planning, and preparing financial reports related to manpower. Key Responsibilities: Plan and prepare the annual manpower budget. Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with statutory deductions. Review and approve staff claims such as travel, medical, and reimbursements. Prepare regular reports on manpower costs and budget forecasts. Coordinate recruitment and workforce planning. Manage employee records, including leave, attendance, and performance evaluations. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies. Advise employees on company policies, payroll, and benefits. Manage, apply, and handle all matters related to hiring foreign workers in Malaysia. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Provide HR reports and analysis to management. Requirements: Degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR and payroll. Knowledge of payroll software and employment laws. Experience in budget preparation and workforce cost analysis. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Payroll Software systems is preferrable Experience in developing HR policies.
