Requirements We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our Johor Bahru branch team. This role involves managing inventory, organising stock, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Requirements: - Experience in warehouse, logistics, or stock management is an advantage, - Minimum SPM qualification or any certificate. - Basic communication skills in English. - Physically fit and able to lift and handle tile stock manually. - Basic calculation skills for stock counting, tile measurements and inventory management. - Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage. - Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions. Training & Accommodation: - Training will be conducted at HQ (Kajang) Few months before Opening in Johor Bahru - Training Allowance and Accommodation will be provided during the training period. Responsibility - Receive, check, and store incoming stock accurately. - Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring secure packaging to prevent damage. - Ensure proper stock organization and maintain a tidy warehouse. - Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory management to maintain accurate stock records. - Assist with loading and unloading goods as required. - Report any stock issues, including quantity discrepancies, damaged stock, or mismatched tile batches, to the supervisor and HQ. - Follow warehouse SOPs and safety regulations - Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager as required.
