The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and good organization skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Process monthly payroll and statutory deductions. - Prepare and check staff claims for travel, medical, and other reimbursements. - Keep employee records updated, including leave and attendance. - Assist with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax submissions. - Support recruitment and onboarding processes. - Help with basic accounting tasks like invoices and petty cash. - Answer employee questions about payroll and benefits. - Ensure company policies and labor laws are followed. - Perform other administrative tasks as needed. **Requirements:** - Diploma or Degree in HR, Accounting, or Business Administration. - 1 year experience in HR, payroll, or accounting. - Knowledge of payroll software and employment laws. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Attention to detail, good communication, and confidentiality skills. - Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
