Key Responsibilities Campaign Support and Execution · Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.). · Coordinate logistics for marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities. · Monitor the implementation of campaigns and provide regular updates on progress and performance. Content Creation and Management · Support the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials. · Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for various channels. · Assist with content planning and scheduling across digital platforms (social media, website, email). Digital Marketing and Social-Media · Manage and update the company’s social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). · Assist in the creation of paid social media ads, Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns. · Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries or comments. Market Research and Data Analysis · Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. · •Assist with gathering data for campaign performance and customer feedback. · Help analyze marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates) and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns. Collaboration with Internal Teams · Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure marketing materials and campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives. · Assist in the development of sales collateral, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials. Brand Management · Support the maintenance of brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. · Ensure that all marketing efforts adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.
