Job Responsibilities Support installation of high-volume automated assembly, test equipment and tooling used in the production of 3D cell architecture. Ensure that equipment set up and maintained for continuous production of quality products. Read and understand technical manuals for equipment operations and maintenance. Carry out planned preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot machine problems and breakdowns and ensure that machines are repaired with minimum downtime. Ensure that all machine records and documentation are completed according to procedures after repairs/maintenance have been carried out. Assist engineer to support engineering projects to drive the continuous equipment improvements. Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions. Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs and replacements. Effectively communicate and publish daily equipment pass down. Job Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or any related field in engineering or equivalent experience Desire to work in a dynamic and highly creative work environment. Experience with battery production or automated assembly equipment will be added advantage. Strong troubleshooting skills of automation components; PLCs, pneumatics, motors, digital and analog IO, temperature controllers, etc. Good computer skills, such as Microsoft Words and Excel - demonstrate ability to organize and summarize data using Excel Spreadsheet Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
