We are seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Sales Manager to drive new customer acquisition in project-based sales, analyze market trends, and develop and execute effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: • New Customer Acquisition: • Actively identify and pursue new customer opportunities within the project-based sales environment. • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into new clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations. • Strategic Planning & Execution: • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives. • Prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and strategic plans to effectively communicate sales strategies and secure new business. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align business goals with company objectives. • Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies. • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales and other departments. • Market & Competitive Analysis: • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the curve. • Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and opportunities. • Analyze competitor strategies and develop counter-strategies to maintain a competitive advantage. • Customer Relationship Management: • Maintain and strengthen connections with existing clients by providing personalized solutions, product demonstrations, and addressing concerns. • Team Management • Oversee sales teams • Manage recruiting, setting objectives, and monitoring employee performance • Coordinate training programs for team members What We’re Looking For: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience: At least 2+ years in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a focus on project-based sales preferred. • Skills: • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
