  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to integrate commissioning activities. 3. Oversee the commissioning process from pre-functional checks to integrated systems testing. 4. Review and validate test procedures, sequences of operation, and functional performance tests. 5. Ensure proper execution of Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning phases. B. Technical Review & Compliance 6. Review design drawings, technical specifications, and submittals for compliance. 7. Assess vendor and contractor documentation, including factory acceptance tests (FATs) and site acceptance tests (SATs). 8. Identify and mitigate potential design or installation issues affecting system performance. 9. Validate that all equipment meets project requirements and operational standards. C. System Testing & Validation 10. Perform and document functional performance tests for mechanical, electrical, and IT systems. 11. Ensure testing of critical infrastructure components, including UPS, generators, cooling systems, and fire suppression systems. 12. Verify integration of building management systems (BMS) and electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS). 13. Conduct load bank testing, black start procedures, and failover testing. D. Risk Management & Issue Resolution 14. Identify, track, and resolve commissioning-related issues and non-conformance reports (NCRs). 15. Develop and implement corrective action plans for detected deficiencies. 16. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to troubleshoot performance or installation issues. E. Documentation & Reporting 17. Maintain detailed records of all commissioning activities, findings, and test results. 18. Prepare and present reports on commissioning progress, issues, and recommendations. 19. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility operations post-commissioning. F. Safety & Compliance 20. Ensure commissioning activities adhere to workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations. 21. Verify compliance with data center standards such as ASHRAE, IEEE, NFPA, and Uptime Institute guidelines. 22. Participate in high-risk activity (HRA) planning and ensure proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures. G. Collaboration & Coordination 23. Work closely with project stakeholders, including owners, general contractors, vendors, and facility teams. 24. Participate in commissioning meetings, status updates, and site walk-throughs. 25. Provide technical guidance and support to operations and maintenance teams for post-handover activities. 3. Qualifications & Skills Required: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field. • Experience: 3+ years in data center commissioning, MEP systems, or mission-critical environments. • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in power distribution, cooling systems, building automation, and electrical safety. • Certifications (Preferred): LEED, CxA, PMP, Uptime Institute ATD/ATS, or equivalent. • Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills. • Tools & Software: Experience with commissioning management software, BMS/EPMS platforms, and testing tools.
