JOB TITLE: DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE Key Responsibilities: • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic to Airbnb listings, increase bookings, and enhance the brand’s online presence. • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) by creating engaging content, responding to comments, and monitoring performance. Plan and execute social media campaigns that showcase property features and guest experiences. • Content Creation & Optimization: Create and optimize content for Airbnb listings, company websites, blogs, and social media platforms. Ensure that content is SEO-friendly and reflects the brand voice. • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize Airbnb property listings and website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and increase visibility on Google and other search engines. • Paid Advertising: Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to attract potential guests and maximize return on investment (ROI). Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting as necessary. • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging past guests, promoting special offers, and driving repeat bookings. • Influencer and Affiliate Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and affiliates to promote the Airbnb properties and increase brand reach. • Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and booking data. Use insights to make data-driven improvements to marketing strategies. • Brand Development: Maintain and enhance the brand’s online reputation by engaging with reviews and feedback on platforms like Airbnb, Google, and social media. • Collaborations and Partnerships: Work with travel blogs, websites, and local businesses to establish partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities that enhance visibility and bookings. • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to ensure strategies are cutting-edge and effective. Qualifications: • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality, Airbnb, or real estate sector. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. • Skills: o Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, etc.) and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite). o Experience with content creation, SEO, and social media management. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content. o Strong understanding of performance marketing and ROI-driven strategies. o Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. o Familiarity with Airbnb platform features and optimization strategies for listings is a plus. o Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language skills, such as Mandarin or Tamil, are a plus.
