Essential Job Functions 1. Ensure that all financial records and book keeping documents are accurate, up to date and available for examination at all times. 2. Produce accurate Financial Reports in a timely manner which include weekly Cash Flow, monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and detailed Production Costs and annual full Audited Accounts. 3. Credit Control on Sales and the collection of funds. 4. Control of outgoing funds to be cross checked against PO, DO, Payment Voucher, etc. 5. Handling of daily accounting functions. 6. Liaise closely with auditor, tax agent, Company secretary, supplier & banker for financial and corporate related matters. 7. Support of and compliance to the ISO9001 certification 8. Support of and compliance to the principle of KAIZEN 9. Error elimination 10. Other tasks assigned by Department Superior and or Director Requirements • At least Diploma or above in Accounting or related subject • At least 1 years relevant working experience • Positive personality in self-improving and task completion
