Logistics Order Fulfillment Associate (Bangsar South)

Job Overview: The Order Fulfilment Associate manages customer orders across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, and issue resolution. This role also involves coordinating warehouse operations and inventory management to maintain smooth fulfilment processes and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Order Processing & Management: Ensure orders are processed, updated, and delivered on time. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. - Customer Order Modifications: Handle cancellations, address changes, and order adjustments while updating systems in real time. - Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Work with logistics partners to track deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain proof of delivery records. - Customer Support & Communication: Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, cancellations, and delivery updates. - E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee order integration across platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok), ensuring accurate data synchronization and troubleshooting issues. - Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Monitor stock levels, assist with picking, packing, and shipping, and conduct inventory audits. - Reporting & Performance Tracking: Generate reports on fulfilment metrics, track KPIs (on-time delivery, order accuracy, etc.), and suggest process improvements. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in Order Fulfilment or Logistics. - Knowledge of customer service, operations, or process improvement is a plus. - Familiarity with order management systems and logistics operations. Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (Advanced Excel required). - Excellent coordination and communication skills. - Ability to work across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment. - Leadership skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
