Requirements Inline with our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at our soon-to-open Johor Bahru branch Requirements: Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage - Minimum SPM qualification or any certificate. - Fresh graduates from any certificate program are encouraged to apply. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic communication skills in English. - Basic calculation skills to assist with product measurements and pricing. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills. - Knowledge of tiles and mosaics is an advantage but not necessary (training provided) - Training & Accommodation: - Training will be conducted at HQ (Kajang) Few months before Opening in Johor Bahru - Training Allowance and Accommodation will be provided during the training period. Responsibility Responsibilities: - Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer requirements. - Promote and upsell products to generate sales. - Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally. - Handle basic administrative tasks, such as answering calls and filling. - Follow store SOPs to ensure smooth operations. - Liaise with internal departments (e.g. logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth order operations. - Work closely with the HQ marketing team to support marketing material and promotional campaigns. - Track sales performance and generate reports for management review. - Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager as required.
