Working Mode: Hybrid Working Days: 5 days a week Description & Requirements - As a key part of the bookkeeping operations team, you will help with operations organize files, contact vendors/clients, enter data and assist with key services. - Key services performed by the Operations team include: classifying transactions, bank account reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, prep books for taxes, estimated quarterly taxes, and 1099 compliance. - Using Microsoft Office, Slack, and QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts, you will work alongside management to assist with the performance of the key services above. How you will contribute: Monitor the accuracy of client books using QBO Communicate and follow up with clients for information Sending deliverables and invoices to clients Updating project and task statuses in Slack/Excel Managing client communication in Slack File statements, invoices, bills, and receipts in OneDrive Perform bank and credit card account reconciliations Job Requirements We are looking for people who have or are eager to learn: Effective time management and prioritization Strong oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Slack, and QBO Ability to work well with a team as well as independently Problem-solving attitude Willingness to take initiative Close attention to detail
